Every product comes with a full 2-year warranty — easy claims, on-site service available
Warranty terms
- •All products covered for 2 years from date of purchase
- •Covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials
- •Proof of purchase required (receipt, tax invoice, or transfer record)
- •Product must be in inspectable condition
Warranty does not cover
- •Damage from misuse or failure to follow instructions
- •Damage from power surges, lightning, or natural disasters
- •Damage from third-party installation (when our installation service was offered)
- •Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by other shops
- •Damage from using a power supply with incorrect specifications
Claim process

Report the issue
Contact us via Line or phone with the issue details, photos/video, and proof of purchase

Send the product for inspection
Ship the faulty product to our shop (customer covers outbound shipping)

Inspection & decision
Our team inspects within 3-5 business days and reports the outcome

Replacement + on-site reinstall
If the claim is valid → replacement unit + on-site reinstall (travel fee applies based on distance)
Travel fee (for on-site reinstall)
For valid claims requiring on-site reinstall, a travel fee will be charged based on actual distance. We'll inform you of the cost before proceeding.
