Warranty terms
- โข Warranty length varies by product, counted from the purchase date โ see the "Warranty" row in each product's spec table
- โข Products with no warranty listed in the spec table (accessories, profiles, end caps, connectors, wiring, glue and consumables) are not covered
- โข Covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials
- โข Proof of purchase required (receipt, tax invoice, or transfer record)
- โข Product must be in inspectable condition
- โข A replacement unit carries the remaining term of the original โ the clock does not restart
- โข If the model is discontinued or out of stock, we replace it with an equivalent or better model
- โข Report the fault within 30 days of noticing it, while still inside the warranty term
- โข The warranty belongs to the buyer named on the proof of purchase and is not transferable

- โ Damage from misuse or failure to follow instructions
- โ Damage from power surges, lightning, or natural disasters
- โ Damage from third-party installation (when our installation service was offered)
- โ Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by other shops
- โ Damage from using a power supply with incorrect specifications

Send the product for inspection
Ship the faulty product to our shop. If the claim is valid, we refund your outbound shipping in full

Inspection & decision
Our team inspects within 3-5 business days and reports the outcome. If the claim is not covered, we explain why and quote any cost before proceeding โ in that case shipping both ways is at your expense

Free replacement
If the claim is valid, we ship a new unit to your door at no extra cost

Don't want to remove it yourself or hunt for a technician? Ours comes out and fixes it on site โ whether the product is still under warranty or long past it.

- โธ If the fault turns out not to be the product (third-party installation, power surge, wrong power supply) โ the service fee still applies, with any repair or parts quoted first
"For life" means unlimited call-outs across that product's service life, for items bought from ArumStores by the buyer named on the proof of purchase, for as long as we can still supply the part or an equivalent replacement.
