If your home or shop has strip light in a lot of places, every fault restarts the whole process — message us, wait for an assessment, agree a price, then book the technician. Arum Care removes that loop: pay once at the start of the year and simply call when you need us.
If one or two call-outs a year is all you need, paying ฿850 per visit is cheaper — these plans are for people who know they will call often.

The short version of the terms
- • A plan runs for one year from sign-up. Unused visits do not roll over.
- • The plan is tied to the site address given at sign-up. Tell us before you move.
- • Cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund if you have not used a visit.
- • Product warranty terms are unchanged and still follow the Warranty Policy.
